In-Flight Dance Pilates unique program combines Pilates and dance in a whole new way. Traditional Pilates exercises and breathing are used to build strength, flexibility and rhythm of the dancer’s core.


The physical aspect of In-Flight Dance Pilates is only part of the experience. The other part is cultivating your mental focus with physical action. Visualization and imagery during exercise help develop precise control over your movements, heightening your awareness of body position and motion.


Used together, these two powerful techniques effectively develop a solid core and sharp control over both mind and body.


Instructors are trained in both dance and Pilates so they can give effective guidance during classes.
